Refund Policy
Right now Glyph Studio is completely free, so there's nothing to refund. This page explains how refunds and cancellations will work once paid plans launch.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing link in your receipt or account. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
14-day refund on your first payment
If Glyph Studio Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. No questions asked, one refund per customer.
Renewals
If a subscription renews and you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of the renewal. If you haven't used paid features since it renewed, we'll refund that renewal in full.
One-time purchases
Any one-time or lifetime plan comes with the same 14-day refund window from the date of purchase.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, and refunds go back to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Any taxes charged are refunded along with the price.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds for accounts that have breached our Terms of Use, or in cases of clear abuse of this policy. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Ask for a refund
Email hello@glyphstudio.org from the address you used to pay, with your receipt or order number. We usually reply within 2 business days.
