License

Effective 29 September 2026

The short version: everything you make with Glyph Studio is yours, commercial use included, with no attribution needed. Exported code is free to ship in your own and your clients' projects. Glyph Studio itself is built on the open-source software, fonts and footage credited below.

What you make

Images, videos, GIFs, ASCII text and any other output you export from Glyph Studio belong to you (subject to the rights in whatever source material you used). You may use them for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial: client work, social posts, ads, music videos, posters, merchandise, websites and products. No attribution is required, though a "Made with Glyph Studio" credit is always appreciated.

Exported code

When you export a look as a Framer component, React component or HTML file, we grant you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify and deploy that code in your own projects and in projects you build for clients, including commercial ones.

You may not publish, sell or redistribute the exported runtime on its own, for example as an effects library, component pack, template or competing tool. 3D Type exports load three.js and opentype.js from jsDelivr at runtime, and exports that use web fonts load them from Google Fonts. Those components remain under their own open-source licenses (listed below).

Glyph Studio itself

The Glyph Studio application, its style designs and shaders, the website, and the Glyph Studio name and # logo are © 2026 Chirag Garg. All rights reserved, except for the open-source components below, which are used under their own licenses. Use of the service is covered by our Terms of Use.

Open-source software

Fonts

All fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, remain © their respective designers and are self-hosted via Fontsource.
